Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products within the EU and to Switzerland. Shipping is handled by DHL, and the processing time is generally 14–28 business days.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

Due to the size and nature of our objects, each item is packaged and shipped individually. Shipping costs therefore apply per item:

  • Standard shipping within Germany: €10.49 per item – delivery time approx. 21 business days
  • Standard shipping within the EU: €22.49 per item – delivery time approx. 21 business days
  • Standard shipping to Switzerland: €34.99 per item – delivery time approx. 21 business days

Deliveries to Switzerland are made under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020). This means: the stated purchase price does not include Swiss import charges. Swiss import VAT, customs duties, and the carrier's customs clearance and handling fees are borne by the recipient and are typically invoiced upon or after delivery.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 21 business days

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs clearance may delay delivery by a few additional business days.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver within the EU and to Switzerland.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow the status of your order at any time.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@jellyobjects.com.

  • Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so that we can find a solution.
  • Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us in advance at info@jellyobjects.com to register your return.

  • The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.
  • For returns from Switzerland, the customer also bears any applicable customs duties, import charges, and any reverse customs handling fees.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
